PFT Certification Renewal

It is recommended that you review the NESTA PFT Exam Candidate Handbook.

Please use this form, if you have completed 4.0 or more CEU’s from our pre-approved providers such as NESTA, Spencer Institute and all other NESTA divisions, including approved providers listed here: Approved Providers.

If you need to petition CEU’s from a provider not listed in our Approved Providers list, please use the CEU Petition Submission Form first, prior to submitting your renewal.

After submitting your application, you will be redirected to our secure payment page to complete your registration. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Affirm. Please note that your application will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

If you obtained your certificates from another provider, please upload official proof of CEU completion (copy of certificate, letter of completion, etc). Allowable file extensions: pdf, jpg, png.
