Hold off on requesting your Exam ID if:
You missed or failed a previous exam: If you missed your scheduled exam date, failed the exam, or didn’t arrive on time, there may be additional fees associated with rescheduling. Please settle any outstanding fees before requesting a new Exam ID.
You have a remaining balance: If you’re enrolled in a payment plan for the exam and haven’t settled your balance yet, please clear it first. You can request your Exam ID once your payment is complete.
